The hotel provides great value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle, with easy access to the area's main attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the breakfast is delicious, providing a wonderful start to the day.
All aspects of this hotel were absolutely fine, no complaints.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the stunning view of the mountains from the top window in the roof. The location is perfect for visiting the castles and it's away from the busy railway station. The staff are very helpful and provide excellent service.
No improvement necessary, everything was just fine.

The breakfast was good and filling. the interior decoration was comforting and cozy. The location was also convenient, being nearby key tourist attractions and easily accessible by public transportation.
The staff at the hotel were not accommodating and welcoming to their guests. The room was cramped and poorly maintained, making it difficult for me to have a comfortable stay.

Located close to the stunning Neuschwanstein castle, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to pick guests up directly from the station. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains from their rooms and balcony. the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and good-sized TVs. the filling breakfast and cheerful service add to the homely ambiance of the hotel.
The Wi-Fi in the hotel can be temperamental like at other pensions in Germany.

The views from our room were breathtaking, with mountains visible through a window that was at an unexpected angle. the breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. the location was also great, just a short walk from the heart of the city center.
The WiFi signal was quite weak, making it difficult to stay connected. the shower wasn't suitable for taller individuals, with a low ceiling making it a bit uncomfortable.

I was thrilled with the stunning mountain views from my bedroom's top window in the roof. The breakfast was scrumptious with plenty of food, and I was surprised by the range of dishes available to choose from. Despite being away from the railway station, the hotel offered transportation, and they even picked me up directly from the station. The location was great, situated close to both the Neuschwanstein castle and the mountains. The staff was friendly and always eager to help.
